1. The necessity of lime rotary kiln

Most of the traditional lime production equipment in my country are ordinary shaft kilns, and even earth kilns. These traditional production methods consume a lot of energy, but the output is not much, and they are not aware of environmental protection, and there is basically no noise, waste, sewage, etc. Treatment, contrary to our current national policy on environmental protection, must be changed.


So the lime rotary kiln came into being. The lime produced by the lime rotary kiln has good quality, low agglomeration rate and greatly improved production efficiency. When smelting lime, the advanced structural design helps us make better use of the heat of the fuel and save energy. At the same time, the lime rotary kiln itself has a simple structure, less equipment on the production line, and less capital investment. It is the best choice for us to smelt and produce lime.


2. Model parameters of lime rotary kiln

The lime rotary kiln has many processing advantages, strong professionalism and large production capacity, ranging from 150 tons per hour to 1000 tons per hour. The main products are active lime and calcined dolomite.


There are two types of preheaters in lime rotary kiln, which are circular vertical preheater or polygonal vertical preheater.


The specifications are generally distinguished according to the diameter and length of the cylinder. The diameter is from 2.5 meters to 4.8 meters, and the length is from 40 meters to 68 meters. The volume is still relatively large. Before you buy, you must determine whether the area of your plant is enough.


The calcination temperature of the lime rotary kiln can reach 1350 degrees, and it is generally cooled by circulating water, and gas or pulverized coal is used as fuel.


3. Precautions for environmental impact assessment of lime kilns

The environmental protection requirements of lime kiln mainly include the treatment of waste water, waste gas, noise and solid waste. Under the provisions of the national environmental protection policy, lime production plants need to be evaluated by the environmental protection department before they can produce normally.


Wastewater includes domestic waste water and cooling water in production. Domestic waste water can be used as agricultural fertilizer after being treated in septic tanks.


The waste gas includes waste gas during feeding, flue gas at the end of the kiln, pulverized coal drying tail gas, and waste gas at the kiln head, which needs to be treated with different dust removal devices. The waste gas from the feeding and kiln head can be treated with a bag filter, the flue gas at the kiln end should be treated by a desulfurization and denitrification device and then treated by a dust collector.


Noise is mainly produced by equipment, and measures such as sound insulation, vibration reduction, greening, and distance extension can be used to reduce the impact of noise on the surrounding living population.


Solid waste includes domestic waste and general solid waste. Domestic waste is uniformly removed and transported by the sanitation department. General solid waste is first stacked and stored for regular treatment by the sanitation department.
