Cement rotary kiln plays an important role in cement properties

1. Inspection of cement strength by curing box

Curing box: the temperature is limited to about 20 ℃, and the humidity is more than 90%. If the temperature is too high, the strength of cement mortar is high, otherwise, the strength is low. The curing frame in the curing box of cement rotary kiln should be regularly calibrated to ensure that the cement mold is in the state of degree when placed. Otherwise, the density of both ends of the test body is different, which will affect the strength of cement products.

2. Influence of pressure test press on cement strength test

At present, some cement rotary kiln enterprises still use manual control of press speed, which makes it difficult to control in the range of 2400N / s. If the loading speed of press is too fast or too slow, the strength inspection of cement products will be seriously restricted. If the speed is too slow, the cement strength is low; if it is too fast, the strength of cement mortar is on the high side.

3. Compression fixture

When the upper and lower platens of the cement rotary kiln compression fixture are damaged, the cement strength test will be low. Therefore, the cement compression fixture must be checked frequently, and it should be replaced in time when it is worn.
