The Job: Making Lightweight Aggregate from Clay
Our customer wanted to turn local clay into ceramsite – a lightweight material used in construction, insulation, and filtration. They needed a complete production line that could handle the whole process: mixing, granulating, firing, cooling, and screening.
We supplied everything.
How the Line Works
It's a simple four-step process:
