The Problem: Sludge Disposal Was Costly
Our Russian customer runs an industrial plant that generates a lot of wet, sticky sludge. Disposal was getting more expensive, and environmental rules were getting tighter. They needed a better way.

Anti-sticking internals – special flights and lifters keep material tumbling and prevent ring build-up

Long kiln design – 35m length gives enough residence time to fully burn out organics
Full system package – including screw feeder, afterburner, cyclone dust collector, induced draft fan, and control panel
