Working principle of mineral processing ball mill: raw materials enter into the ball mill rotary body through the hollow journal at the end of feeding device for grinding, and the rotary body is equipped with various diameter steel ball grinding bodies. When the revolving body revolves around the horizontal axis at a certain speed, the steel ball grinding body and raw materials installed in the rotary body, under the action of centrifugal force and friction force, as the cylinder reaches a certain height, when their own gravity is greater than the centrifugal force, they will be thrown off the inner wall of the rotary body and fall or roll down, and the raw materials will be broken due to the impact force. At the same time, the sliding motion between the grinding bodies also produces grinding effect on the raw materials during the grinding process. Due to the continuous feeding of raw materials, the pressure makes the feeding end of the rotary body move towards the discharging end. After coarse grinding in the first bin, the material enters the second bin through the single-layer partition plate, which is inlaid with flat lining plate and steel ball inside to grind the material further. The material flow after grinding is discharged through the hollow journal at the discharge end.
