Sand from the disc feeder through the belt conveyor into the dryer. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal line. When the material is added from the higher end, the heat carrier enters from the low end and contacts with the material countercurrent, and some heat carrier and material flow into the cylinder together. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material moves to the lower end under the action of gravity. When the wet material moves forward in the cylinder, the heat is directly or indirectly obtained from the heat carrier, so that the wet material can be dried, and then sent out by belt conveyor or screw conveyor at the discharge end. The use of hot blast stove in this production line can make the dryer reach a higher temperature to dry sand at one time. The dust removal facilities not only protect the environment, but also create a good production environment for operators.
The drying materials are first fed to the belt conveyor through the feeding filter bucket and disc feeder, and then the sand is transported by the belt conveyor to the quicksand pipe passing through the hot blast stove, and then the sand enters the barrel of the three return main engine through the quicksand pipe. First of all, the sand reaches the inner cylinder of the three return journey. Under the action of the fixed impeller and forward rotating blade in the inner cylinder, the sand is quickly pushed forward and reaches the other end of the three return journey, which is a return trip. The feeding port of inner cylinder is small and the discharge port is large, which is conducive to the material to move forward.
When the sand reaches the other end, it is blocked back to the middle cylinder. At the outlet end, the middle cylinder is slightly longer than the inner cylinder and connected with the baffle plate. Under the same action of the rotating blades, the sand in the middle cylinder is rotated back to the end of the feed inlet, which is a two-way trip; in the middle cylinder, the material flows from the large outlet end to the small inlet end.
Because the middle cylinder is slightly shorter than the outer cylinder at the feeding end, and under the action of the forward rotating blades of the outer cylinder, the sand enters the three return outer cylinder and is pushed forward, which is the third return;
At the outlet, the return plate of the middle cylinder and the outer cylinder are vertically inlaid with steel plates to effectively disperse and discharge the sand. Dust removal and exhaust ports are equipped at the outlet, so that the moisture and part of the dust can be discharged and filtered. After three return rounds of frying and drying, the sand can reach the water content required by the user. After ZZ, the dried sand is transported to the finished product through the belt conveyor Silo.
