The coal slime enters the guide plate in the dryer through the conveyor through the compound feeder. With the rotation of the cylinder, the slime is led to the inclined lifting plate, which is lifted to the central position of the cylinder body, and gradually spreads to form a material curtain, through which the high-temperature air flow passes, so that the sludge is preheated and part of the water is evaporated. When the coal slime is scattered and moved to the movable grate wing plate, the material is mixed with the preheated grate wing plate to transfer heat to the material and make part of the water evaporate. At the same time, the material carried by the wing plate is lifted and scattered, repeated for many times, and the material and hot air flow carry out convection and contact heat exchange. At the same time, the cleaning device buried in the material also slides along the inner side of the arc-shaped lifting plate to clean the materials adhered to the inner wall of the lifting plate. When the cleaning device turns the vertical line with the cylinder body, it drags on the back of the arc lifting plate to clean the materials adhered to the outer wall of the lifting plate. With the continuous rotation of the cylinder, part of the water evaporates and the sludge is further dried. At the same time, the cleaning device also plays a role in breaking the sludge balls, and improves the drying speed. Compared with the later sludge drying, the sludge becomes loose material with low moisture content and is discharged from the outlet. The material discharged from the dryer is then transported to the crusher by the conveyor. After being crushed and reaching a certain fineness, the finished product is transported to the designated place by the conveyor.
Technology of slime drying production line
The slime itself has high moisture and high cohesiveness. During the drying process, the wet slime enters the slime dispersion equipment through the belt conveyor, and the rapidly dispersed lump slime enters the negative pressure dryer. After that, it is divided into the following four working areas:
The first is the material guiding area: when the wet slime enters this area and contacts with the high temperature negative pressure hot air, a large amount of water is quickly evaporated, and the slime is led into the next working area if it fails to form a bond under the action of a large guiding angle;
The second is the cleaning area: the wet slime is picked up by the board in this area to form a material curtain state. When the materials fall down, it is easy to form the phenomenon of sticking the drum wall. In this area, because the equipment is designed with a cleaning device, the cleaning device can quickly remove the coal slime sticking to the cylinder wall As a result, the heat exchange area is increased, the efficiency of heat and mass transfer and the drying rate are increased;
The third is inclined lifting plate area: this area is a low-temperature drying area, the slime in this area has been in a low moisture loose state, this area has no adhesive phenomenon, after heat exchange, the finished product meets the required moisture requirements, and moves into the final discharge area;
The fourth is the discharge area: the drying machine drum is not set in this area, and the materials roll and slide to the discharge port in this area to complete the whole drying process.
